*There are laws in Texas for balance billing efforts. Currently, the Texas Department of Insurance utilizes a "Hold Harmless" rule that we must abide by. If you have no insurance at all, are covered by Medicare Part A/B, Medicaid, or any other federally funded insurance carrier, but do not have secondary coverage, we may send an invoice to you for any balance left on your account. However, if you are covered by Medicaid or Medicare for a secondary (or Dual Coverage), we will not balance bill.
